On Oct. 30 at 4:50 p.m., a 5x8 utility trailer was reported stolen from a U-haul facility in Long Beach.

At 5:30 p.m., in Long Beach, officers responded to a disturbance at a downtown business. A woman was in the business yelling at others and having “a total meltdown.” She was told to leave and not come back.

On Nov. 3, at 8:10 a.m., fuel had been siphoned from several vehicles at a Long Beach business.

At 3:07 p.m. in Long Beach, Carmen M. Jones, 46, from Ocean Park, was detained and cited for theft third-degree.

On Nov. 4 at 5:15 a.m., Flora L. Sullivan, 65, from Ocean Park was stopped and cited for driving under the influence of intoxicants.

At 9:10 p.m., officers made contact with the driver of the vehicle that had jumped a parking curb and traveled into a field in Long Beach. Suspect Eugene E. Jacobson, 53, from Portland, Oregon was contacted and cited for driving under the influence of intoxicants.

On Nov. 5 at 1:19 a.m. on Pacific Avenue, officers made contact with the driver of the vehicle that had lane travel and allegedly ran a red light. Kenneth L. Johnson, 53, from Portland, Oregon, was cited for driving under the influence of intoxicants.
