On Aug. 6 at 12:30 p.m., a concern was raised about trucks and boat trailers parking and blocking the bus stops in Ilwaco.

At 1 p.m. in Long Beach, a man allegedly stole stuffed animals from a business.

In Ilwaco at 2:45 p.m., Trudie J. Huitt-Rider, 49, from Seaview, was cited for hit-and-run after she allegedly hit a man in a parking lot knocking him down, and then took off.

On Aug. 9 at 11:33 a.m., a postal worker reported hearing a strange noise coming from an outside mail receptacle. When the officer arrived and heard the beeping noise, it turned to be a cell phone and wallet that someone had dropped in the mailbox.
