WHERAS, 37 days elapsed from November 29, 2016 through the entry of judgment on January 5, 2017. Per diem interest in the amount of $15.35, multiplied by 37 days results in additional interest in the amount of $567.95, which when added to the sum of $135,722.01 results in a total judgment of $136,289.96. WHEREAS, the judgment is a foreclosure against parties of a Deed of Trust Mortgage on real estate in Pacific County, Washington, described as follows: Beginning at a point on the South line of the John Crellin Sr. Donation Land Claim 71 rods West of the East line of Section 14, Township 10 North, Range 11 West of W.M., Pacific County, Washington; thence West 6.825 chains; thence South 3.625 chains; thence East 4.70 chains; thence Northeasterly to the place of beginning, being a portion of Lots 1 and 2 in said Section 14. EXCEPTING the following described property: Beginning at a point on North Boundary of Lot 2 North 8939’ West 16.975 chains from Northwest corner Lot 2; thence South 348’ East 3.634 chains; thence North 8929’ West 1.768 chains; thence North 021’ East 3.625 chains, to a point on North Boundary Lot 2; thence South 8939’ East 1.505 chains, to a place of beginning. Situate in the County of PACIFIC, State of WASHINGTON. Tax Parcel No. 10111412003 WHEREAS, on January 5, 2017, the Court ordered that all of the above-described property be sold and the proceeds applied to the payment of principal, interest, attorney fees, costs and disbursements and other recovery amounts with interest to date of the sale of the property.
