If you fail timely to appear and answer, for want thereof, plaintiff(s) will apply to the court for relief demanded in the complaint. This is a judicial foreclosure of a deed of trust in which the plaintiff requests that the plaintiff be allowed to foreclose your interest in the following described real property: Lot 45 in Block 6 of Surfside Estates Division No. 17, per plat thereof on file in Volume H of Plats at pages 83, 84 and 85, records of Pacific County, Washington. Commonly known as: 34515 I PLACE, OCEAN PARK, WA 98640. NOTICE TO THE DEFENDANT: READ THESE PAPERS CAREFULLY! In order to defend against this lawsuit, you must respond to the Complaint by stating your defense in writing, and serve a copy upon the person signing this Summons within twenty (20) days after the service of this Summons if served in the State of Washington, or within sixty (60) days if served outside the State of Washington or if you are a United States government defendant, excluding the day of service, or a default judgment may be entered against you without notice. A default judgment is one where Plaintiff is entitled to what it asks for because you have not responded. If you serve a notice of appearance on the undersigned person, you are entitled to notice before a judgment may be entered. You may demand that the plaintiff file this lawsuit with the court. If you do so, the demand must be in writing and must be served upon the person signing this Summons. Within 14 days after you served the demand, the plaintiff must file this lawsuit with the court, or the service on you of this Summons and Complaint will be void.
