Pugsley, Deceased; et al., Judgment Debtor(s): A writ of execution or order of sale has been issued in the above-captioned case, directed to the Sheriff of Pacific County, commanding the Sheriff as follows: “WHEREAS, in the above-entitled court on January 24, 2017, Plaintiff, secured a judgment against defendants, Estate of Patrick H. Pugsley, Deceased, Unknown Heirs and Devisees of Patrick H. Pugsley, Deceased, Dominique Carlson, Michelle Stevens, and Patricia Acosta, in the total judgment amount of $15,537.95. WHEREAS, the judgment is a foreclosure against parties of a Security Agreement covering real property in Pacific County, Washington, described as follows: The land in the County Of Pacific, State Of Washington, described as follows: a leasehold estate in the following: Unit A-116, time share intervals I-1, I-2 and I-3 in Surfside 1 Inn condominium, as shown on survey map and plans recorded July 13, 1978 in volume 1 of condominiums at pages 43 to 46 and as identified in declaration recorded in volume 7807 at pages 275 to 289 and as amended in volume 7910 at pages 351 to 386, and further amended in volume 8203 at pages 361 to 396, and further amended by fourth declaration in volume 8910 at page 700. Including the undivided interest in common area and facilities as set forth in said declarations and amendments thereto. The units are intended for residential purposes only. Tax Parcel No. 79518116901, 79518116902, 79518116903 WHEREAS, on January 24, 2017, the Court ordered that all of the above-described property be sold and the proceeds applied to the payment of principal, interest, attorney fees, costs and disbursements and other recovery amounts to date of the sale of the property. NOW, THEREFORE, in the name of the STATE OF WASHINGTON you are hereby commanded to proceed to seize and sell forthwith and without appraisement, the property above-described, in the manner provided by law, or so much thereof as may be necessary to satisfy the judgment amount.
