Millican, Judgment Debtor(s): A writ of execution or order of sale has been issued in the above-captioned case, directed to the Sheriff of Pacific County, commanding the Sheriff as follows: On August 16, 2017, WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, DOING BUSINESS AS CHRISTIANA TRUST, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR BCAT 2015-14BTT, a corporation obtained an Order of Default and Entry of Default Judgment in the Superior Court of Washington, County of Pacific, against defendants ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS AND DEVISEES OF JEAN B. MILLICAN, a deceased individual; DOES 1 through 10, inclusive, and ROES 1 through 10, inclusive (collectively “Defendants”). It is ordered, adjudged, and decreed that the land and premises located at 3333 Willapa Rd, Raymond, WA 98577 and legally described as follows: COMMENCING AT A POINT ON THE SECTION LINE BETWEEN SECTIONS TWENTY-EIGHT (28) AND TWENTY-NINE (29), TOWNSHIP FOURTEEN (14) NORTH, RANGE EIGHT (8) WEST OF WILLAMETTE MERIDIAN, SAID POINT BEING 180 FEET NORTH OF THE QUARTER POST OF SAID SECTION TWENTY-EIGHT (28), THENCE NORTH 80 DEGREES AND SIXTY MINUTES EAST 660 FEET; THENCE NORTH 660 FEET; THENCE WEST TO SECTION LINE; THENCE SOUTH TO THE PLACE OF BEGINNING, CONTAINING 10 ACRES MORE OR LESS. APN: 14082823013, Commonly referred to as: 3333 Willapa Rd, Raymond, WA 98577 referred to in the Default Judgment, be sold at public auction, as particularly set out in said Judgment. The total amount due and owing on the Judgment through March 14, 2018 is $138,468.67 consisting of the following: the principal amount of $99,750.64 and $29,904.91 in interest and fees; $2,930.00 awarded for attorneys' fees; $2,205.00 awarded for costs; plus prejudgment interest from August 1, 2017 through August 16, 2017 in the amount of $196.32 ($12.27 x 16 days), plus post-judgment interest accruing after August 16, 2017 through March 14, 2018 , at the rate of 4.49% per annum, of $3,481.80 ($16.58 per diem x 210 days); pursuant to paragraph 2 of the Judgment, post-judgment amounts advanced for attorneys' fees, and costs for publication and Sheriff’s fees of an unknown amount. It is ordered, adjudged, and decreed that the Sheriff is hereby authorized to make the return within 60 days after issuance by the court. For purposes of the sale, the Order may be automatically extended for 30 days, pursuant to RCW 6.21.050. In the name of the State of Washington, you are hereby commanded and required to proceed to notice for sale and to sell the Subject Property, which is more particularly described in the Notice of Sale, and apply the proceeds of said sale as in said Judgment and Decree directed, and to make and file your report of such sale with the Clerk of this Court, and do all things according to the terms and requirements of said Judgment, and the provisions of Washington Law. Plaintiff agrees that no deficiency judgment shall be entered against Borrowers and that the court will establish zero redemption period from the date of the Sheriff’s foreclosure sale, and the Sheriff should be ordered to issue a Sheriff’s Deed to the successful bidder at the termination of the redemption period pursuant to RCW 6.23.020. The sale date has been set for 06/15/2018 at 10:00 a.m., inside the main entrance, Pacific County Courthouse, 300 Memorial Drive, South Bend, Washington. YOU MAY HAVE A RIGHT TO EXEMPT PROPERTY from the sale under statutes of this state, including sections 6.13.010, 6.13.030, 6.13.040, 6.15.010, and 6.15.060 of the Revised Code of Washington, in the manner described in those statutes.
