Ocean Park Christmas tree

OCEAN PARK — The lighting of the Ocean Park Community Christmas Tree was a joyous occasion on Nov. 30. Although it was windy and rainy, a good-sized crowd showed up to enjoy cookies, hot cider and caroling as the tree lit up the stormy sky. All the ornaments on the bottom of the tree were made by students from Ocean Park Elementary School. Thanks go to Bonnie Lou Cozby, Parker Hill, the Port of the Peninsula, Hill’s Towing and Auto Body, the Village Club, Karen and Curt Stephens, Vince and Alissa Stevens, and Ocean Park Elementary School.
