If you (or your child) uses an inhaler for asthma or another condition: the next time you have an appointment with your health care provider, take the inhaler along and ask your provider to watch you use it to evaluate your technique. Using an inhaler correctly will maximize the effect of the inhaled medication. You may need fewer doses, which will save money.
