LONG BEACH - Peninsula Arts Association (PAA) hosts its first Summer Arts Festival arts and crafts sale from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. on July 25, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., on July 26 and from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on July 27 at the Edgewater Inn meeting hall located on Sid Snyder Drive.

"We have such wonderful items in the Inspired Creations section of our spring and fall art shows, it just seemed the time was right to add a summer event," said PAA President Bonnie Cozby. "It was a happy coincidence to find our new event is happening the same weekend as Sandsations. Many of our artists are working on beach themed creations."

Original art, jewelry, art cards, stained glass, ceramics, prints and fiber arts are just a small sample of the handcrafted, art inspired wares that will be available at the festival. Visitors will also have the opportunity to meet and talk with the artists. Parking is plentiful and admission is free.
