Peninsula Christian Singles has grown to 39 members, and attendance at activities varies from nine to 25 people. The group's composition is 50 percent male and 50 percent female. Ages in the group vary from 26 to 70, but the median age seems to be 40-55.
Feb. 28 the group will be taking a trip to the Columbia River Maritime Museum in Astoria.
The group holds a game night occasionally, where participants can bring a favorite table game or play one of the wide variety there.
Another work party at PACE is planned for March 27 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Lunch is provided. Members of the group will be attending the singles conference on June 4-6 at Cannon Beach where Larry Russell will be the main speaker. Music will be provided by the Greenridge Trio. The group provides an alcohol-free environment to meet people and enjoy the camaraderie of group activities.
