NASELLE - As the camera flashes fired and the ultimate moment arrived Friday night, two Naselle High School seniors stood as the newly crowned king and queen of the school.

Karissa Sultemeier, in a shimmering blue gown, and Aoy Marion, dressed in his football uniform - fresh from scoring a first half touchdown in their game against Seattle Luteran (See Page B3) -were chosen as Homecoming royalty 2005.

Among the other students vying for this year's title were: Emma Fauver, Whitney Cooper, Sandra Rodriguez, Brittanie Vaughn, Katherine Herrold, Gabe See, Jason Gradt, Joe Fletcher, Colby Engelson and Geoff Dunn.

Marion is seen, at the right, embracing Sultemeier following their inauguration Friday night next to a less than thrilled Engelson.
