ASTORIA - The Astoria Riverfront Trolley Association is hosting the Trolley Follies on Sunday, June 1, 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the old train station next to the Columbia River Maritime Museum.

Trolley Follies is a combination of the bi-annual trolley motorman's and conductor's meeting and a waterfront barbecue. The Astoria trolley will be at the train station for this event, and it is designed to coincide with the 4:30 p.m. departure of the Lewis and Clark Explorer Train. To add to the festivities the Astoria High School Marching Band will be playing from 4 p.m. until 4:30 p.m. The public is invited.

In addition to the trolley, train, barbecue, and Astoria High School Marching Band, there will be a beer garden featuring the magnificent fermentations of the Wet Dog Cafe's Pacific Rim Brewery. There will also be trolley contests and games.

The general public is invited to join in the festivities. Come on down to the Old Train Station on Sunday, June 1, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. and join the fun!
