Do you know what your kids are eating at school?

Ask your kids what they eat at school. If their answers include soda or other sugary drinks, candy bars, french fries, doughnuts or potato chips, it's time for a little re-education about healthy foods.

It's not hard to put together a healthy sack lunch: food such as apples, baby carrots, hard-boiled eggs, peanut butter sandwiches, a thermos full of soup and yogurt are all easy to pack.
