Law Enforcement Dispatch Reports   Pacific County Sheriff's OfficeAug. 18, 2002 - SR 103, caller advises there are six males walking through at 2:45 a.m. and they are loud and disorderly.At 8:55 a.m., caller reported an unconscious male on the floor in Ocean Park.A caller from Chinook reported a lost cloth tri-fold wallet at 11:25 a.m.A Tides West caller advises having a physical fight with her child at 12:44 p.m.At 3:08 p.m., there was a report of suspicious person(s); two pickups with trailers, subjects sleeping in vehicle, leaving trash, having fires.A caller from SR 103 advised that two males were in the yard throwing knives at trees and making loud noises.In Seaview there was a report of criminal trespass at 11:39 p.m.; three juvenile males in yard with flashlights, prowling.Aug. 19 - At 12:05 a.m., a caller from Grayland advised that a male subject was walking naked and four other clothed subjects were walking behind him.In Raymond there was a report of credit card theft at 8:47 a.m.At 10:51 a.m., a Klipsan Beach resident reported three bar stools were believed to be stolen.In Menlo, a caller reported cows in his field; said it is an on-going problem.A burglary was reported in Surfside; items taken include meds, jewelry, and other items unknown.In South Bend a caller reported four wheelers on the property causing problems at 3:26 p.m.A person with a home in Raymond called at 8:32 p.m. stating that his neighbor called him and told him his door had been kicked open, requested an officer check it out and he will be there tomorrow to nail it closed if need be.In Menlo there was a report of shots fired at 9:40 p.m.; unknown description.At 11:19 p.m. a resident from Surfside reported a suspicious vehicle with several occupants in the area.Aug. 20 - Report of a male subject sleeping in garage again on SR 103 at 12:08 a.m. Advised can't remove him, subject has permission from owner's daughter.At 10:03 a.m. a caller from Seaview reported that a neighbor next door spilled a reddish liquid on the ground and then put on rubber gloves before cleaning it up.At 11:47 a.m. a call was received from North Cove of a vehicle prowl with items missing from vehicle.A Chinook resident report the downrigger stolen from his boat at 11:57 a.m.At 3:39 p.m. a caller from Naselle reported a grayish hulk car being dumped in the bush; a Chevy with a trailer and an F150 pick up are there with the junk car. A Seaview resident reported a suspicious person loitering at 11:12 p.m.In Naselle there was a report of a prowler with flashlight around a house at 11:15 p.m.Aug. 21 - At 12:18 a.m. someone on Sandridge Road advised that an individual had come to the home, "had a tissy" and left three times; just wants to know his options.There was a report from Seaview of a suspicious circumstance at 8:06 a.m.; a pile of belongings is alongside the road.An Ocean Park resident reported a woman littering again at 9:03 a.m.From Pacific County North a caller advised at 5:32 p.m. that a deer has tried to get through the fence; appears to be hurt seriously, but is still alive.At US Alternate 101, a caller reported a juvenile holding a rifle at 5:49 p.m.Report of a burglary on SR 103 at 6:29 p.m.; house door jimmied.At 10:09 p.m., a caller advised a Ford Bronco was on fire on SR 103, and it had fireworks in the back.Aug. 22 - A Surfside resident advised at 9:51 a.m. that someone slashed his tires; may know who did it.At 11:09 a.m. there was a report of shoplifting by two juveniles from Ocean Park.A SR 103 resident advises there is a wolf in a small cage with no cover and shrubs growing all around it.At 12:25 p.m. a lady and her daughter advised that a vehicle almost hit them while they were riding their bikes in Ocean Park.Report in Surfside of Ford Escort speeding past on the way to the golf course.At 5:33 p.m. there was a report of a Jeep Cherokee speeding, passing against oncoming traffic, almost caused head-on accident on SR 103.A caller from Chinook advised at 5:58 p.m. a possible DUI; white male with dog, smelled beer, drinking beer in parking lot.On South Beach there was a report at 9:19 p.m. of a van stuck in the sand off the Oysterville approach with a female driver and four small kids in it.At 9:25 p.m. there was a report from Seaview of three prowlers, one possibly has a knife.Aug. 23 - A Chinook resident reported the theft of $600 worth of crab pots stolen at 10:35 a.m.At 1:12 p.m. a Surfside caller advised theft of funds from an account.A Naselle caller reported at 1:36 p.m. that the neighbors cats are in his truck again; wants to know what he can do.At 6:22 p.m. there was a call from Surfside regarding a male subject who says he has been pushed around and his vehicle stolen.A Raymond resident advised that the neighbor's cattle are in his field again at 7:08 p.m. The field is being saved for haying but cattle keep breaking through fence.Aug. 24 - Call from Seaview at 12:55 a.m. regarding four males believed to be car prowling; believes one of them got into a neighbor's vehicle.At 1:55 a.m. a call was received South Beach advising that caller was flagged down by two males; they had been assaulted and maced.At 3:48 a.m. there was a report from Klipsan Beach that a nearby house is empty but there is a car in the drive and subjects in the house with flashlights; unknown how many.A caller from Ocean Park advised at 7:33 a.m. that there is a screen that is "cattywhompus" on house.At 8:33 a.m. a caller from Chinook reported that her windshield looks like it has been shot with a BB gun.At 11:11 a.m. a Seaview caller advised that someone took his boat motor; unknown when - just noticed it missing.Aug. 24, cont. - Report of a civil dispute in progress at 7:10 p.m. in Chinook; one male hitting another who is down on the ground.At 9:40 p.m. a caller from South Beach reported a disorderly bonfire.A Surfside caller reported a prowler at 9:41 p.m.LONG BEACHPOLICE DEPARTMENTAug. 18, 2002 - Illegal burning reported at 12:02 p.m.At 3:32 p.m. a call was received of injured man in phone booth.Report of a traffic violation at 6:15 p.m.; subject on motorized skateboard.At 9:21 p.m. there was a report of theft of a picnic bench.Aug. 19 - At 4:45 p.m., caller reported cell phone missing since yesterday.At 6:15 p.m. there was a report of an older small dog dumped off.Aug. 20 - At 10:00 a.m. caller reported someone messing with things out back.At 12:39 p.m. a caller reported theft of a phone card.At 5:59 p.m. there was a report of an intoxicated person, yelling at people.Aug. 21 - A caller at 6:51 a.m. reported a woman in cabin out of control.At 2:14 p.m., advised of a male subject talking out of his head, babbling.Aug. 22 - At 8:07 p.m. there was a report of theft of service, did not pay for meal.Aug. 23 - At 1:17 p.m., caller reports a suspicious male wearing camo hat/jacket, close to kids without adults.At 5:10 p.m., report of a bus parked near stop sign may be blocking view of stop sign as several vehicles have blown through stop sign.At 7:19 p.m., a caller reported someone had just shot off two shots, shot ducks and has one of the ducks with him.At 9:23 p.m. there was a report of a loud banging going on.A smoke alarm was activated in a dance area at 9:42 p.m.At 10:57 p.m. a caller advised that someone had come in through the back window of their home.Aug. 24 - At 2:08 a.m. a caller advised there is water shooting up from the street across from the police department.At 6:11 p.m. there was a request for officers as subject were fighting in the pool.At 9:36 p.m. there was a complaint of fireworks going off scaring a dog.At 11:58 p.m. there was a report of a fight in progress with several people outside, no known weapons.
