PACIFIC?COUNTY — A market analysis by Coast River Business Journal finds coastal real estate business is coming back to life this spring after a multi-year pause following the 2008 financial crisis.

Cheri Diehl, owner and designated broker at Discovery Coast Real Estate in Long Beach, said 2012 was a pretty good year for the company. That trend continues on in 2013.
