SEATTLE - Carl Clifford Elliott, 81, died Feb. 13, 2003 in Seattle. He was born May 7, 1921 in Juneau, Alaska to Carl Curtis Elliott and Lena Elaina Rudolph.

He is survived by his sons: Carl Walter Elliott and Carl Rudolph Elliott; and daughters: Leeann Marie Darby and Linda Eileen Nichols; as well as numerous grandchildren.

He was a Tlingit Elder, active in tribal activities, a World War II veteran, and an active member of the First United Methodist Church.

Mr. Elliott was in Ilwaco for several years. He was a charter skipper out of Captain Mike's charter office in Ilwaco and came to visit every summer. He will be remembered by many.
