OCEAN PARK - Carol (Leech) Clubb, 50, died Oct. 6, 2002 at her home in Ocean Park.

She was born on Oct. 27, 1952 in Portland, and spent most of her youth in that area. She moved to the Peninsula in 1982.

She managed the Vernon Court Apartments for eleven years. Ms. Clubb later worked at Wiegardt's for seven years.

Ms. Clubb attended Clatsop Community College where she earned an Associates degree in general studies. She continued her education at Linfield College and earned a Bachelor's of Science degree, graduating cum laude, with a degree in social and behavioral sciences.

She had a passion for animals; she raised and showed dogs when young and loved sight hounds.

Survivors include her mother Nancy Leech of Portland; father John Leech of Calif.; twin sister Cindy Cole of Portland; daughter Connie Clubb of Ocean Park; son Colin Hendrickson of Vancouver; and grandfather John R. Jobling of Portland.
