PACIFIC COUNTY — On June 13 at about       6:30 p.m., a drug task force deputy assisted Long Beach Police Department with a subject who had been found to be in possession of methamphetamine. During the arrest two bindles of what was suspected to be methamphetamine were discovered.  After further investigation the DTF deputy field-tested the substances and got a positive test result for the presence of methamphetamine and cocaine. Gregory Smith, age 50, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and possession of cocaine. Smith was transported to Pacific County Jail.
