Plaintiff's claim is stated in the written Complaint, a copy of which is on file at the Pacific County Courthouse. You must “appear” in this case or the other side will win automatically. To “appear” you must file with the court a legal paper called a “motion” or “answer.” The “motion” or “answer” must be given to the court clerk or administrator within 30 days along with the required filing fee. It must be in proper form and have proof of service on the plaintiff’s attorney or, if the plaintiff does not have an attorney, proof of service on the plaintiff. The object of the complaint is to foreclose a deed of trust dated July 22, 2009 and recorded as Instrument No. 3121027 given by Patricia A. Blair, a Single Person on property commonly known as 2801 Willows Road, Unit 6, Seaview, WA 98644 and legally described as: Apartment No. 6 of OCEAN BUTTE, a condominium intended for residential use according to the Condominium Plan and Survey Map delineating said apartment, recorded in Volume 1A of Condominium at pages 74, 75 and 76, under Pacific County recording no. 94257, located at Willows Road, Seaview. TOGETHER WITH an undivided interest in the common areas and facilities appertaining to said apartment and including therein limited common areas and facilities so appertaining, according to the Condominiums Declarations recorded under Pacific County Recording No. 94258. The complaint seeks to foreclose and terminate all interest of Patricia A. Blair and all other interests in the property. The “motion” or “answer” (or “reply”) must be given to the court clerk or administrator within 30 days of the date of first publication specified herein along with the required filing fee. The date of first publication of the summons is May 24, 2017.
