ILWACO — Edward Cox of Ocean Park will lead Occident Lodge No. 99, Free and Accepted Masons of Washington, in the coming year.

He will take office at an open installation ceremony at the lodge, 208 E. Spruce St., in Ilwaco, at 7:30 p.m. Dec. 3. A dinner will be served at the lodge at 6:30 p.m.

Four other officers were elected Nov. 4. They are, Senior Warden, Ron Robbins; Junior Warden, Michael Thornton; Treasurer, Art Herring; and Secretary, Glenn Ripley.

The appointed officers for the coming year will be Marshal, Jerry Bruner; Chaplain, Norm Grier; Senior Deacon, Linc Jordan; Junior Deacon, Patrick Webb; Senior Steward, Sherm Richmond; and Tyler, Richard Rodlun.
