LONG BEACH — Madeline Annie Dickerson and Jacob Scott Moore were married on July 26, 2014, at the bride’s childhood home and gardens in Long Beach.
Madeline is the daughter of Mike and Lynn Dickerson of Long Beach. She is a 2007 graduate of Ilwaco High School and a 2011 graduate of the University of Oregon. She is the baker and co-owner with Jacob of Pink Poppy Bakery in Long Beach, a business the couple started in 2012.
Madeline wore a dress handmade by her mother from fabric purchased on a trip to New York. The bride’s attendants were Marissa Ochsner of Los Angeles, Calif., Sadie Newell of Oklahoma City, Okla., Jessika Tantisook of Ilwaco and Hannah Pilon of Long Beach.
Jacob is the son of Lyle and Priscilla Moore (formerly of Ilwaco, now of Wenatchee). He is a 2006 graduate of Ilwaco High School and a 2010 graduate of the University of Washington. Jacob is employed as an oyster farmer by Goose Point Oyster Company. The groom’s attendants were Matt Lessnau of Seattle; Nathan Moore of Bellingham; Scott Fagerland of Astoria; Diego Lira of Seattle and Andrew Larson of Miami, Fla.
For their honeymoon, the Jacob and Maddie will travel to Paris and the Northern coast of Spain in October for feasting and surfing.
The couple will reside at Chinook.
