NOTICE OF INTENTION TO FILE A CLAIM OF ABANDONMENT AND EXTINGUISHMENT OF MINERAL INTERESTS, RCW 78.22.050 Legal notice is hereby given, pursuant to RCW 78.22.050, that the surface owners of the real property described below intend to file a claim of abandonment and extinguishment of mineral interests upon the expiration of a period of sixty (60) days after the last date of publication of this notice or the date service was perfected by personal service or registered mail on the current mineral interest owners, unless the current mineral interest owners file a statement of claim of mineral interest in the form prescribed in RCW 78.22.040.
