SUMMARY ORDINANCE #848 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ILWACO, WASHINGTON, ALLOWING FOR CITY WIDE BURNING RESTRICTIONS TO BE DECLARED BY THE FIRE CHIEF. The council passed an ordinance which will allow the Fire Chief to declare city wide burning restrictions. This restriction will reduce the size of permitted recreational campfires, and revoke the discharge of legal aerial/projectile fireworks by private citizens. A full copy of the ordinance is on file at Ilwaco City Hall, 120 First Av. N., Ilwaco, WA. Passed by the Ilwaco City Council the 29th day of June, 2015.
