US 101, Astoria Bridge to SR 4 and SR 401 51; Paving and Safety

Traffic Impacts:

? Nov. 5-9, 7 a.m.-7 p.m.: Daytime traffic reduced to single lane, alternating directions with flaggers and pilot car, as needed on SR 401 between US 101 junction (milepost 0.02) and SR 4/SR 401 junction (milepost 12.13) for construction activities. 

? Nov. 5-9, 7 a.m.-7 p.m.: Daytime traffic reduced to single lane, alternating directions with flaggers and pilot car, as needed on US 101 between the Astoria Bridge (milepost 0.44) and Johnson Landing vicinity (milepost 28.87) for construction activities. 

Major highway construction activities began in June 2007 in south Pacific County and are expected to be completed in the spring of 2008.

Highway Maintenance

  ? SR 6 - Both directions between East Preston Street and the Willapa River Bridge in Menlo (mileposts 6-7), Nov. 5, 7: Daytime traffic reduced to single lane, alternating directions with flaggers on SR 6, both directions for pavement grinding and repairs.

  ? US 101 - Both directions between the Bone River Bridge and Elk Horn Road (mileposts 47, 62, 65-66), Nov. 8: Daytime traffic reduced to single lane, alternating directions with flaggers on US 101, both directions for pavement grinding and repairs.

  ? US 101 - Both directions between the North Fork Willapa River Bridge and Mill Street in Raymond (mileposts 59.14-59.75), Nov. 8: Daytime shoulder closure, both directions on US 101 for sign replacement operation.
