At 9:59 a.m. a suspicious briefcase was found left by a pop machine at a restaurant.
March 27 - At 10:22 a.m. a possible DWI was reported, with the female driver alleged to be "high."
A vehicle prowl was reported at 12:12 p.m.
March 28 - A man and woman suspected of being on meth were reported at 2:29 p.m.
At 4:13 p.m. it was reported that a man had come out onto his porch with a gun and that several neighbors were having problems.
March 30 - At 4:11 p.m., it was reported that someone who bought 10 stolen checks began cashing them.
At 8:08 p.m. a driver called to report being stuck on the approach with kids in the vehicle.
March 31 - A 3:02 a.m. a prowler was reported to be behind a trailer.
Criminal trespass was reported at 1:23 p.m. A person with a red flatbed truck was cutting wood without permission.
A hit-and-run accident was reported at 5:22 p.m. Witnesses were able to report the plate number of the offending vehicle.
At 8:18 p.m. someone reported a possible DUI involving a female driver in a Dodge van. The woman was allegedly throwing empty bottles of whiskey out of the window of the vehicle.
April 1 - Officers were requested in regards to a bar fight at 12:44 a.m. One of the people involved in the fight was down on the ground and in need of an ambulance.
Theft of a purse was reported at 1:56 a.m.
At 9:05 a.m. someone reported that a table had been set up with a jar on it with a sign that said, "Pay to Pray." There was no one around but there was change in the jar.
A person was in the emergency room at 10:51 a.m. with a dog bite to the hand.
At 1:43 p.m. a homeowner found that the neighbors had run an extension cord to their home and were stealing power.
Theft of bikes was reported at 7:07 p.m. The bikes had been secured with locks, but the locks had been cut.
PACIFIC COUNTY SHERIFFMarch 26 - At 11:39 a.m. a weapons offense was reported in Sunset Sands.
At 1:01 p.m. a pitbull was running loose in Ocean Park.
Theft of gasoline was reported in Naselle at 3:59 p.m.
March 27 - At 8:57 a.m. a burglary was reported in Klipsan Beach, with windows broken on the residence.
Theft of furnishing by former tenants was reported at 12:05 p.m. at SR-103 and 170th Place.
Two aggressive Rotweiller were reported loose at 4:36 p.m.
Criminal trespass was reported at 9:32 p.m. in Klipsan Beach.
At 9:53 p.m. theft of a purse and credit cards was reported in Ocean Park. The credit cards had already been used, some locally, at the time of the report.
March 28 - Theft of trees was reported in Klipsan Beach at 9:48 a.m.
At 2:17 p.m. child abuse/neglect was reported. A man allegedly stomped on his daughter's toes, possibly breaking her toes.
Vicious animals were reported at 5:58 p.m. Three German shepherd dogs allegedly attacked two other dogs and left wounds.
Suspicious circumstances were reported in Surfside with multiple reports of an earthquake beginning at around 7:37 p.m.
A narcotics complaint was received in Seaview at 9:28 p.m.
A car versus fence accident was reported at Sandridge and Cranberry roads.
March 29 - Theft of quarters, a camera and other items was reported at 1:38 p.m. in Nemah.
Criminal trespass was reported at Vernon Street and Joe Johns Road.
At 4:15 p.m. a woman driving a pickup hit a fence at Sandridge and 67th and then drove away.
At 9:43 p.m. it was reported that someone was "spot lighting" in a field in Menlo.
March 30 - A burglary was reported at 8:11 a.m. at Sandridge and 67th Place, with the ignition damaged on a fork lift and pry marks on doors.
A burglary was reported in North Cove at 8:15 a.m., with a radial arm saw and a 120-gallon propane tank among the items taken.
At 1:23 p.m. a man from Naselle said his credit cards and checking account were used without his permission.
A domestic violence incident was reported in Sunset Sands at 11:54 p.m.
March 31 - Theft of a laptop computer was reported in Menlo at 7:41 a.m.
A large "minors in possession" party was reported at 11:33 p.m.
April 1 - At 5:16 a.m. a woman reported hearing a man moaning and groaning in her carport.
At 11:09 a.m. a large poodle was hit and killed by a car. Another dog that was running loose with the poodle was in the highway, causing further traffic problems.
Vandalism was reported at 1:04 p.m., the window of a fifth wheel had been shot out.
A vehicle prowl was reported at 1:07 p.m. with a clutch purse taken containing ID and cash.
A gas drive-off was reported in Seaview at 7:56 p.m.
At 9:13 p.m. an inebriated man, wearing a khaki jacket and jeans was reported to be staggering down the center of the road.
