Long Beach Police Department Aug. 23 - At 12:57 a.m., someone reported trespassers on private property in Long Beach
At 12:49 p.m., a 14-year-old boy was reported missing, having last been seen in the water near the Bolstad approach. The boy was located unharmed.
Aug. 25 - A report of a dead body in the water was reported at 10:37 a.m.
Aug. 27 - At 4:30 p.m., a resident reported the brakes went out on their vehicle and they bumped into a building causing minor damage.
Aug. 29 - A fender bender in a parking lot was reported at 2:16 p.m.
At 4:59 p.m., a "crazy lady in pink shirt, and black pants" was being disorderly.
Pacific County Sheriff's Office Aug. 23 - Two people in a tent located in Ocean Park were arguing and would not quiet down at 1:06 a.m.
A vehicle prowl in Surfside resulted in a stereo being taken out of the vehicle as reported at 2:20 p.m.
At 5:12 p.m., someone reported a blue truck was "chasing" a teen girl and the girl was running and screaming.
Aug. 24 - A prowler was reported trying the door of a home in Surfside at 1:15 a.m.
Locks on some gates in Menlo had been cut at 7:36 a.m.
Campers were reported in the dunes illegally at 9:23 a.m.
A vicious animal was reported killing livestock at 11:26 a.m.
The theft of money from a home was reported at 5:01 p.m.
A stereo and CDs were reported stolen from an Ocean Park home at 11:02 p.m.
Aug. 25 - At 9:51 a.m., a car allegedly hit a building and left the scene. While leaving the vehicle also struck another vehicle and didn't stop.
An illegal burn was reported in Surfside, along with loud music coming from the same location.
At 6:48 p.m., it was alleged that a 40-year-old man with brown hair and a pudgy face, driving a van for a food business, attempted to lure a 6-year-old boy into the vehicle.
Aug. 26 - At 3:12 p.m., in Ocean Park, it was reported that a house alarm had been going off for several days.
The theft of a credit card from a purse left in a shopping cart was reported at 3:46 p.m.
At 6:50 p.m., a shoplifter was reported, and her description provided to deputies.
At 10:16 p.m., a Bay Center resident reported hearing glass breaking and someone trying to enter the home.
Aug. 27 - An assault was reported at 10:56 a.m. The incident allegedly occurred over the weekend, with a 16-year-old male threatening another youth with a knife.
Vagrants were reported causing issues at 8:12 p.m.
At 8:26 p.m., vandalism was reported after a rock had been thrown through the window of a home.
Aug. 28 - Identification theft was reported at 8:23 a.m.
At 12:13 p.m., a shoplifter was reported, the suspect fled in a Firebird.
A burglary was reported at 12:55 p.m., with numerous items taken including golf clubs and bag and more.
Aug. 29 - Four disorderly subjects in Seaview were arguing and refusing to leave when requested.
A broken security light was reported at 12:38 p.m.
The theft of gasoline from a residence was reported at 10:52 p.m.
Disorderly conduct was reported at 11:30 p.m., for a loud party with attendees exposing themselves and making threats.
