Long Beach Police DepartmentAug. 19 - Disorderly conduct was reported at 12:47 p.m. A woman said she had reserved the park for a birthday party and was kicked out.

An officer was dispatched to assist with a person who was feeling suicidal at 10:32 p.m.

Aug. 20 - Someone reported three males acting suspiciously moving in and out of bushes at 12:35 a.m. An officer made contact and found the three were picking blackberries.

Aug. 21 - A vehicle prowl was reported at 6:48 a.m., with numerous items taken.

At 9:43 p.m., a man ejected from a local bar was found sleeping in another customer's car.

Aug. 22 - Disorderly customers were refusing to leave a business at 5:44 p.m.

An intoxicated male was found "passed out" on a ramp at 7:55 p.m.

Aug. 23 - Malicious mischief vandalism was reported at 11:10 a.m.

An assault was reported at 2:11 p.m. The assailant left on foot.

A 1986 Ford F-250 pickup was reported stolen at 8:29 p.m. It was later located.

At 9:50 p.m., a disorderly 22-year-old female was "pounding her fists on a wall and yelling."

Aug. 24 - At 12:29 p.m., a pickup truck rolled out of its parking spot and had to be towed from the street.

At 5:41 p.m., officers stopped a suspect vehicle from an incident involving weapons.

A man was reported to be slumped over the wheel of a vehicle that was off the roadway at 7:55 p.m.

At 11:34 p.m., an older male was reported walking around with a flashlight looking into the booths at the Kite Festival.

Aug. 25 - A duffel bag with clothes, a reel and other items was reported stolen at 8:31 a.m.

At 11:06 a.m., it was reported that a boat was damaged by another boat being taken out of the water and a verbal dispute was in progress.

A tow truck hit a parked car at 1:50 p.m.

A utility line was reported down alongside the roadway and across a driveway on Washington Street at 2:38 p.m.

At 4:42 p.m., someone called to report the strange actions of a man who recently purchased a large knife and had been involved in an incident on the beach the night before.

Fifty-three traffic stops were made during the week.

Pacific County Sheriff's OfficeAug. 19 - At 5:40 a.m., an assault was reported, with one person allegedly "punching" the other.

Tires were reported slashed on a vehicle at 11:41 a.m.

At 1:43 p.m., "five thefts" were reported in Grayland.

Several Hispanic males were reported to be fighting at 5:14 p.m., and one man was said to be unconscious.

At 5:14 p.m., a resident reported a man in a canoe had been about 100 yards north of the Ocean Park approach and disappeared.

A broken water main was reported at 6:58 p.m.

A suicidal juvenile female was reported at 10:29 p.m.

Aug. 20 - Someone left a couch in the roadway near Old Willapa at 12:27 a.m., causing a traffic hazard.

Disorderly conduct was reported at 1:25 a.m., after five possibly intoxicated males were on the roof of a motel shouting loudly.

Vandalism was reported at 10:19 a.m., after cement planters had been damaged and car tracks were visible through a yard.

A burglary was reported at a residence in Bay Center at 12:27 p.m.

Several domestic violence incidents were reported, one at 5:33 p.m., one at 6:01 p.m. and one at 6:03 p.m. In one case a man threatened a family member with a screwdriver after the family member got between him and the female he was slapping.

A female was assaulted at 6:40 p.m. The woman advised she is pregnant and was holding another baby at the time of the assault.

At 9:09 p.m., a motorcycle was "clocked" going in excess of 100 mph.

Aug. 21 - At 1:50 p.m., a man riding a lawnmower nearly collided with a vehicle on a street.

At 3:56 p.m., a woman reported there was a bat stuck up in her skylight.

Aug. 22 - At 1:48 p.m., a juvenile female had been injured in a horse barn.

At 4:02 p.m., a landlord said a tenant stole a dresser and vandalized a rental house but "refused to tell how they vandalized it."

An intoxicated man was reported on a playground near Old Willapa at 5:13 p.m.

At 6:20 p.m., a man was punched in the face by another man.

A party with underage people in attendance was reported on "U" Street at 10:31 p.m.

Aug. 23 - One vehicle rear-ended another and left the scene at 10:26 a.m.

At 11:08 a.m., malicious mischief was reported after a picture of a dead dog was taped up at a booth at the Kite Festival.

A deputy was called regarding several females exchanging threats at 5:43 p.m.

Suspicious bones were found at 8:47 p.m.

At 9:46 p.m., a bat was found in a residence and would not leave.

Aug. 24 - At 3:23 p.m., a man was acting suspiciously going to homes looking for yard work.

Illegal burning was causing problems for a woman with asthma at 3:29 p.m.

The theft of a credit card number was reported at 4:49 p.m. According to the caller the card was being used in Aberdeen, Tacoma, etc.

At 5:24 p.m., a man in a blue Dodge pickup allegedly pointed a handgun at a man passing by.

An intoxicated man was reported at 6:57 p.m., at an Ocean Park restaurant. The man had peed all over the restroom floor and sat down on the floor of the restaurant before making his way outside to a balcony.

Aug. 25 - At 9:06 a.m., an abandoned vehicle was found off the road near Naselle. The vehicle had blood on the windshield.

A car versus elk accident was reported at 12:43 p.m.

At 2:17 p.m., it was reported that a neighbor's wife hit another vehicle and the neighbor is yelling at the vehicle's owners.

At 2:35 p.m., a man on a bicycle flagged down a deputy to report he found cremated remains in a cloth bag with a label from Longview Mortuary.

A man was causing problems in a park at 4:45 p.m., yelling and making threats.

A large party with many underage juveniles in attendance was reported at 8:55 p.m.

Deputies responded to 182 incidents this week.
