PORTLAND - A memorial service was held on Feb. 12, in Kenilworth Presbyterian Church for Elnora W. (Washington) Kolb, who died Feb. 6, 2004, at age 87.

Mrs. Kolb was born Sept. 27, 1916, in Mohler. She was raised in Long Beach, and in 1935 moved to Portland, where she was a tele-typist for Union Pacific Railroad for 32 years. In 1939, she married Karl A. Kolb. He died in 1966.
