Cathlamet - The American Red Cross has activated a shelter at the Cathlamet Fire Hall, located at 255 Second Street in Cathlamet to house and feed people who have been flooded out of their homes or who cannot return to their homes due to road closures and flooding.

The Cathlamet Fire Hall has sleeping, shower, and cooking facilities. People needing shelter are encouraged to seek help at the Cathlamet Fire Hall Red Cross Shelter. For shelter information, call Duane Royer of the American Red Cross at (360) 624-0651.

Ferry service between Puget Island and Westport, Ore., is not operating due to flooding on the Oregon side of the river.

East Valley at MP 5.5 is washed out

Middle Valley at the intersection of Ingalls Road


East Valley Rd. at MP 2.5

West Valley Road

SR4 at MP 17, SR4 at Seal River, and SR4 at Deep River

Hungry Highway at Salmon Creek


Conservation orders are in place for the Western Wahkiakum Water System for the next 48 hours, in the Grays River, Rosburg, and Salmon Creek areas.
