SEAVIEW - A large land-development project near the Pacific Transit building in Seaview has been shut down since October by county, state and federal authorities because the developer, Stan Anderson, failed to comply with permitting regulations.

Representatives from the state Department of Ecology and Department of Fish and Wildlife, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and the Environmental Protection Agency were expected to meet today to discuss pending action on the project.
