NASELLE - The Finnish American Folk Festival offers its triple annual event Sunday, Dec. 9. Starting at 1 p.m. at the Deep Lutheran Church (east of Naselle, turn left at the east end of the Deep River bridge, follow the signs from there) is the Christmas concert featuring the trio of kantele players: May Adair, Wilho Saari, and Karen Nelson along with the Naselle Adult Choir, plus others.

Admission is by donation with one-half of the proceeds going to upkeep of the church.

The Tour of Homes of the Rosburg and Naselle area begins at 2 p.m. Tickets and maps are available at the Deep River Lutheran Church before and after the concert or earlier at Finn Ware in Astoria, Hair Villa in Naselle or Radio Shack in Seaview. Tickets are $5.

The Soup Supper at Naselle Lutheran Church, 308 Knappton Rd., Naselle, opens at 5 p.m. There is no charge but donations are appreciated. For more information, contact Darlene: (darlenebj@wwest.net) or at 360-484-3337.
