Just married: Winter-Waggoner

BATTLE GROUND - Jennifer Winter and Edward Waggoner were married on Friday, Sept. 13 at the Burdoin Mansion in Battle Ground.

It was an evening renaissance ceremony held outside and attended by many family members and friends who also wore medieval attire.

The bride was given away by her grandfather, Bernard Patch, and by friend Philip Moore. Her childhood friend from California, Tara Layne, was maid of honor. Her daughters, Ashleigh and Alexa were flower girls. Jerry Teters, the groom's uncle was the best man, and his cousin, Trey Kotch was ring bearer. A reception followed the ceremony.

The bride and groom both attended Ilwaco High School and worked at Sid's Market. The bride is the daughter of Pam Patch of Woodland, and granddaughter of Bernard and Olney Patch of Long Beach. The groom's mother and stepfather, Linda and John McCauley of Battleground, and father and stepmother Don and Sue Waggoner of Vancouver were also in attendance.

The couple who honeymooned at the Excalibur in Las Vegas, are making their home in Battle Ground.
