LONG BEACH POLICEJuly 8 - At 2:12 a.m., someone called dispatch to report they could hear the desperate screams of a male voice.

A fire, approximately 10-ft. by 10-ft. in size was reportedly started by fireworks at 5:38 p.m.

At 8:19 p.m., a local restaurant reported an elderly man and a female teenager left without paying an $83 food bill.

July 9 - At 3:40 p.m., a man called very angry that a starter had been taken out of his vehicle by someone he knows. The man threatened to "beat the hell out of him if someone doesn't do something."

A narcotics complaint was received at 9:23 p.m.

July 10 - An assault with two females involved was reported at 11:34 p.m.

July 11 - At 12:11 a.m., a narcotics complaint was received.

On-going noise at a construction site was reported at 6:33 p.m.

July 12 - At 11:53 a.m., a call was received of a boat overturning in Black Lake, with an elderly female in the water. No one was injured.

A party with minors consuming alcohol was reported at 8:07 p.m.

Problems with continuing fireworks were reported at 9:38 p.m.

At 10:34 p.m., a prowler was reported looking into windows.

July 13 - At 6:22 p.m., a pickup was reported stuck at high tide line in a closed zone.

At 6:35 p.m., it was reported that a three-year-old boy was allegedly pinched by an adult at a daycare.

July 14 - A local bar and restaurant had their doors open and were playing loud music at 1:08 a.m.

Someone reported losing a digital camera at 12:46 p.m.

PACIFIC COUNTY SHERIFFJuly 8 - At 12:53 a.m., in Ocean Park, someone reported being disturbed by loud music and loud voices.

At 1:20 a.m., a deputy assisted Raymond Police with a fight in progress.

A car versus tree accident with unknown injuries was reported at 1:51 a.m.

Someone prowled a vehicle that was parked in Chinook for a wedding reception, and took a wallet with cash and credit cards. The incident was reported at 12:11 p.m.

At 1:52 p.m., a domestic violence incident was reported in Naselle. A witness saw a man repeated assault a female in a vehicle. According to the caller the female appeared to be injured and bleeding.

A vehicle prowl was reported in Loomis at 2:59 p.m. Bags and other items were apparently taken from the vehicle.

At 3:10 p.m., another vehicle prowl incident was reported at Loomis. A pickup truck was broken into with unknown items taken.

In Ocean Park at 7:43 p.m., an individual was allegedly shooting a high-powered rifle.

July 9 - Threats were allegedly made in Seaview by one person threatening to beat up another person and damage his vehicle with a golf club.

Vandalism was reported in South Bend at 8:36 a.m. Someone drove into a gate causing $3,000 to $4,000 in damages.

Occupants of a gold Corolla were throwing fireworks from the vehicle at 10:15 a.m., while driving in Raymond.

Malicious harassment was reported in Naselle at 11:57 a.m.

At 9:33 p.m., an Ocean Park resident reported gang activity in her neighborhood. She said a group of kids have guns and are running around the neighborhood speaking in Spanish, their "gang language."

A domestic incident was reported in Seaview at 11:41 p.m.

A stereo was reported stolen from a vehicle in Ocean Park at 11:33 a.m.

July 11 - A car versus tree accident was reported at 5:01 a.m. in Seaview.

Malicious harassment was reported in Ocean Park at 11:33 a.m.

A vicious dog in Raymond allegedly bit a person in the hip at 5:37 p.m.

Malicious harassment was reported again in Ocean Park at 5:54 p.m., when a woman reported people had painted logs with lies about her husband.

A Mercury Sable car was reported off the road in a precarious spot over a canyon in Raymond at 7:06 p.m.

A physical domestic violence incident was reported on Ruby Street at 9:38 p.m. According to the caller, a man in possession of a knife pulled a female by the hair from a barn to a residence.

July 12 - Numerous fireworks complaints were received from Surfside between the hours of 2:46 a.m., and 7:19 a.m.

A one-car accident was reported in Ocean Park at 8 a.m. The driver allegedly swerved to miss a bear on a blind corner and hit a power pole.

A shoplifter was apprehended at a store in Ocean Park at 8:08 a.m.

The theft of numerous tools including an electric grinder, nail gun, jig saw and air compressor was reported at 8:40 a.m. in Naselle.

At 10:20 a.m., a Chinook resident reported her car had been keyed while parked in town. A possible suspect's name was provided to dispatch.

Two tires had been slashed on a vehicle in Seaview at 10:24 a.m.

A narcotics complaint was reported in North Cove at 11:05 a.m.

An Ocean Park resident reported finding a 22-caliber pistol that they wanted to turn in to police.

July 13 - Vandals had damaged a garden and pond in Seaview at 7:14 a.m.

At 7:51 a.m. in Raymond, a caller reported two vicious dogs had killed several kittens.

Theft of a cell phone was reported at 11:09 a.m.

At 10:26 p.m., a caller reported someone had been setting off fireworks for 45 minutes.

A large party with minors in attendance was reported at 11:47 p.m.

July 14 - At 10:56 a.m., a three-year-old girl was found playing in the middle of a road naked.

The driver's side window of a vehicle was found to have been smashed out at 10:57 a.m.

At 7:19 p.m., a vehicle crashed into a garage. No injuries to the vehicle's occupants were reported.
