OCEAN PARK, Wash. — The Pacific County Emergency Management Agency (PCEMA) has organized a “Let’s Talk Tsunamis” presentation, which will be held at 7 p.m. Thursday at the Peninsula Senior Activity Center, 21603 O Lane in Ocean Park.

The event is open to the public and free of charge.

“Let’s Talk Tsunamis” is a public education series created by PCEMA that provides information about what tsunamis are and how they function, tsunami evacuation, the tsunami warning system, tsunami history, local and distant tsunamis, hazard mitigation and neighborhood and personal preparedness.
