Deputy Goodwin retires

On May 31 the Pacific County Sheriff’s Office said goodbye to Deputy Rick Goodwin as he retired after 21 dedicated years of service to the citizens of Pacific County. “Deputy Goodwin was a fixture within our agency and our community and he will be dearly missed,” the sheriff’s office said. Goodwin performed many tasks over his career and was the county narcotics K9 handler for many years. He is pictured with Sheriff Robin Souvenir, right.
