On Dec. 29 at 9 a.m. at the Ilwaco water treatment plant, suspects had allegedly siphoned gas from various vehicles after fashioning a make-shift ladder to gain entry.
At 5:28 p.m. wanted to know by officers had responded to an assault in Long Beach. When told no assault was reported, the man became upset. An officer called the tavern where the alleged assault had occurred. The bar reported that an unknown man had thrown a beer into the face of the reporting male because he was eating the man’s food.
On Dec. 31 at 6:33 p.m. a case was opened for the possible sexual assault of two children by a male babysitter. The case is under investigation.
On Jan. 1 at 12:43 a.m. a domestic incident was reported in Ilwaco. Laurie L. Bonk, 45, from Ilwaco was subsequently arrested and booked into Pacific County Jail for domestic violence fourth-degree assault.
At 1:13 p.m. in Long Beach, Anthony K. Kary, 31, from Ilwaco was charged with violation of a temporary restraining order.
On Jan. 3 at 1:15 p.m. on Ocean Beach Boulevard, a woman said he fed a homeless man a burrito and he took a bag of potatoes. The victim said he shouldn’t be wandering around the city because he is a “bad man.” The officer advised her to not feed him any more.
