North Jetty work pauses

USACE photo Employees of the Army Corps of Engineers Portland District and contractor J.E. McAmis recently reviewed construction progress on North Jetty at the Mouth of the Columbia River before shutting down operations for winter. Public access to the jetty, North Jetty Road and nearby parking lots will remain closed through the winter. Major restoration of the jetty will resume next spring and is expected to last much of 2019.
