A firefighter from the Ilwaco Volunteer Fire Department sprayed down the inside of an Iron Mountain shredding truck that caught fire while driving into Ilwaco Tuesday morning. The truck, which pulled over near Black Lake once smoke was detected, was carrying a large amount of shredded paper, which was quickly doused by the firefighters on scene, only causing a brief delay in traffic on U.S. Highway 101.
