Long Beach Retirement and Assisted Care Center opens

LONG BEACH - Bob and Pat Hall, Peninsula residents for 30 years and in the health care provider field for 32 years, were the original owners of New Seaera Convalescent Home and are now the owners of Long Beach Retirement and Assisted Care, formally known as Emerald Plaza.

Their grandson, Bob Rowe will be the manager. He is a graduate of Washington State University with a degree in public administration is a licensed nursing home administrator and has been involved in long-term healthcare for seven years.

The facility's primary intent is to provide exceptional resident care in a secure home-like environment.
