3 pounds chicken bones

4 carrots chopped into large pieces

2 yellow onions chopped in large pieces

Salt and pepper

4 stalks celery chopped in large pieces

Cover the bones with water in a Dutch oven. Bring to boil. Add other ingredients. Simmer for two hours. Strain and refrigerate. (Save vegetables for another use.) This is so much better, and far less expensive than store-bought.

  Freeze in portions to have handy for your needs.
