3 cups Tater Tots (thawed and drained)

1/4 cup butter

3 large eggs

3/4 cup cooked diced ham

1/2 green pepper center removed then diced

1/2 cup green onions, sliced, include tops

1 cup grated Swiss cheese.

Preheat oven to 450. Press Tater Tots between paper towels to remove as much moisture as possible. In a 9-inch pie pan melt butter. Add potatoes. Flatten in bottom and up sides to form a crust. Bake 20 to 25 minutes until brown and getting crisp.

Meanwhile, beat remaining ingredients. When crust is ready, pour into crust. Return to oven. Lower heat to 350 degrees. Bake about one-half hour, until quiche is golden brown and whole top is puffed.
