1 pound ground beef

1 small onion --chopped

1 small green pepper, deveined, seeded and finely chopped

Salt and pepper, as desired

1/4 cup sliced stuffed green olives

1 tablespoon chili sauce

2 teaspoons soy sauce

1 teaspoon dry mustard

2 refrigerated piecrusts

Preheat oven to 400.

Brown beef in skillet. Add the other ingredients. (Not the pie crust) Cook and stir until onion is golden. Have pie shells at room temperature to prevent breaking. Cut each pie shell in fourths. On each triangle mound three tablespoons of the filling off to one side. Dampen edges and fold over to seal with the tines of a fork. Prick top. Bake on ungreased baking sheets 25 minutes, or until brown.

Eat from hands. Use paper plates. Add a veggie tray. No dishes to wash!
