IRISH CREAM1 pint Irish Whiskey
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 pint half and half
1/2 pint whipping cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
2 tablespoons instant coffee granules, dissolved in 2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons chocolate syrup.
Combine, adding whiskey last.
HOT BUTTERED RUM1 cube butter
1 pound brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon each:
Mix thoroughly. Put 1 rounding tablespoon mix in a mug of hot water. Stir.
SWEET ALMOND LIQUEUR2 cups each:
sugar, water, vodka and brandy
4 teaspoons almond extract
In a heavy saucepan, bring sugar and water to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
Cool. Add remaining ingredients. Stir. Fill small bottles. Cork or cap. Allow to age at least a month.
