PENINSULA -Marie Elisabeth Wroble of Seaview and William Garrett Green of Naselle were married on Sept. 15, 2007, at the Peninsula Church Center.
The bride wore a white gown; her colors were century blue, forest green and silver. Her sisters, Monica and Michelle Wroble, served as the maids of honor. Marie's bridesmaid was sister-in-law Anna Wroble and her attendants were Katee Woodby and Tammy Campbell. Her niece, Gabrielle Wroble, was the flower girl.
Bill Didion served as best man, while Greg Griffith and Matthew Beaulaurier were William's groomsmen. His nephew, Jackson Sipes, was the ring bearer.
A reception was held at the Eagles Nest in Ilwaco. The couple honeymooned in Hawaii.
Marie is a 2006 graduate of Pacific Lutheran University and the daughter of Debe Wroble of Seaview. She has served as a local junior high volleyball coach and junior varsity girls' basketball coach. She currently is employed with The Bank of the Pacific.
William received schooling in emergency services and medicine, which he completed in 2006. He is the son of Bob and Dawn Green of Naselle. He currently works as a firefighter and paramedic for Pacific County Fire District No. 1.
The couple have made their home in Naselle.
