CERTIFICATION OF LEVIES TO COUNTY ASSESSOR

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with RCW 84.52.070, the Board of Pacific County Commissioners will be holding a public hearing on the 25th day of November, 2008 at the hour of 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, in the Commissioners Meeting Room of the County Annex Building in South Bend, Washington to certify to the Pacific County Assessor the amount of taxes levied upon the property in Pacific County for county purposes, and the respective amounts of taxes levied for each taxing district, within or coextensive with Pacific County, for district purposes. The Board will review and consider each taxing districts approved limit factors and tax increases for compliance with Chapter 84.55 R.C.W. All persons concerned or interested are invited to attend said meeting and offer their comments regarding the proposed levy certifications. Letters may be sent to the Board of County Commissioners, Box 187, South Bend, WA 98586.

This facility is "barrier free" and accessible by those with physical disabilities. Aids will be provided upon request for those with language/speaking or hearing impediments, but requests need to be received at least five (5) business days prior to this hearing. Such requests may be filed in person at the Commissioners' Office (Suite "F" of the Pacific County Annex located at 1216 W. Robert Bush Drive in South Bend, Washington), by mail (P.O.
