TO CONSIDER DISSOLUTION OF THE

NORTH BEACH PUBLIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Pacific County Commissioners will hold a public hearing on the 10th day of February, 2009 at the hour of 11:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, for the purpose of considering dissolution of the North Beach Public Development Authority (NBPDA). The hearing will be held in the Commissioners Meeting Room of the Pacific County Annex Building located at 1216 W. Robert Bush Drive in South Bend, WA.

Anyone interested is invited to attend said hearing and encouraged to offer comments for or against the proposed dissolution. Interested persons may either submit written comments to the Pacific County Commissioners Office, 1216. W. Robert Bush Drive, P.O. Box 187, South Bend, WA 98586 before the hearing is commenced or present their written and/or oral comments in person during the scheduled public hearing. At the conclusion of the hearing, the Board of Pacific County Commissioners will consider the proposal to dissolve the North Beach Public Development.

In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), appropriate aids and/or reasonable accommodations will be made available upon request. Requests must be received at least seven (7) days prior to the hearing. The facility is considered "barrier free" and accessible to those with physical disabilities.
