Clyde King VANCOUVER - Clyde King, a long time resident of Long Beach passed away on Aug. 3, 2002 in Vancouver.

Mr. King was born in Galax, Va., on Feb. 20, 1917. During his lifetime, he was a member of the Merchant Marines and during the war he worked for Todd Shipping. He was also a steamfitter and for years was a member of the Local No. 32 in Seattle. Later he became a member of the Local No. 367 in Anchorage, Alaska and worked on the Alaska pipeline.
