KLIPSAN BEACH - The Peninsula Senior Activity Center will have their annual Christmas bazaar on Friday, Oct. 24 and Saturday, Oct. 25 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Lunch will be served both days. There will be 25 tables of home-made craft items. Come out and do your Christmas shopping early. The Senior Center is located on Pacific Highway at Klipsan Beach. You'll enjoy a fun day at the Peninsula Senior Activity Center.


SEAVIEW - On Friday and Saturday, Oct. 24 and Oct. 25 at the Peninsula Church Center, 5000 N Place, the Presbyterian Church Women's Association will celebrate October Harvest with a festival bazaar and luncheon. Hours are Friday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Saturday, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Lunch will be served from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. each day. The menu includes: clam chowder, assorted salads and a variety of pies. A basket of local products and a twin-bed quilt will be items for the drawing. A table loaded with baked items including cardamom bread will be available for purchase. St. John's Lutheran Ladies and the Camp Fire Girls will have tables of items to share. Craft items, cookies in a jar, bean soup mix, and brownies in a jar, wall hangings, quilts are among the items for sale. Come and enjoy 'shopping' and lunch.

Legion bazaar

ILWACO - The Ilwaco American Legion will be holding a bazaar of hand-crafted items on Nov. 1 at the American Legion Hall located at 127 S. Lake Street in Ilwaco. For information or to reserve a table, call Ingrid Smith at 665-6445. Lunch will be available.

Nazarene bazaar

LONG BEACH - The Peninsula Church of the Nazarene will hold a Christmas bazaar on Nov. 7 and Nov. 8 from 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The church is located at 13th and Pacific Highway. There are still tables available at $10.00 per day. Call Armi Baker at 642-0524.

Eagles bazaar

OCEAN PARK - The Eagles Auxiliary will hold a bazaar on Nov. 21 and Nov. 22 at the Eagle at Vernon and Bay. There will be hand-crafted items and lots of goodies. For information on tables, call Ingrid Smith at 665-6445.
