The City of Ilwaco, Washington is seeking the services of a qualified firm to provide architectural and engineering services for the replacement of the Ilwaco Fire Station which was destroyed by fire in November, 2006. The replacement facility will be rebuilt on the site of the original facility.

Candidate firms must be currently licensed to practice in the state of Washington. The successful firm will be required to provide architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design services, as well as the limited civil engineering services required for the project.

The project schedule calls for design services to commence on June 18, 2007 and construction documents completed by September 7, 2007, ready for bidding commencing September 10, 2007.

Any qualified party desiring to provide these services should obtain a submittal criteria package from the City of Ilwaco. The submittal criteria package will be available Wednesday May 16, 2007.

All responses pursuant to the submittal criteria package must be received at the City offices no later than 12:00 PM PDT May 25, 2007.
