NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that it is the intention of the Pacific County Board of Adjustment to hold a public hearing in the Seaview Transit Building in Seaview, Washington at the hour of 3:00 P.M. or as soon thereafter as possible on Wednesday, August 29, 2007.
The public hearing will be held for consideration of Conditional Use Permit Application No. 070369lb submitted by Michael and Barbara Carmel, property owners and applicants. The applicants are proposing to operate a short-term/vacation rental within an existing two (2) bedroom single-family residence and two (2) bedroom accessory dwelling. The property is zoned Restricted Residential (R-1) and short-term/vacation rentals are allowed within the Restricted Residential (R-1) Zone with a Conditional Use Permit.
The site is located at 29210 H Street Ocean Park, Washington. The property is described as Lots 78 and 79 of Ocean Park Beach Replat B, located within Section 20, Township 12 North, Range 11 West, W.M., Pacific County, Washington.
Anyone interested is invited to attend said hearing and be heard either for or against the granting of this Conditional Use Permit Application. In order to include any presented information in the record, it will be necessary to furnish a written version of the testimony to the Board of Adjustment.
